STANDING COMMITTEES 

Pursuant to Article XII, Section 2, of the Bylaws of the National Organization of Bar Counsel, Inc., there are five Standing Committees. Appointments are made by the President-Elect at the Annual Meeting immediately prior to that officer’s installation as President. According to Section 2(a), the Membership Committee is composed of the Secretary and other appointed members or associate members. According to Section 2(b), the Immediate Past President and at least two additional members constitute the Nominating Committee. According to Section 2(c), the Program Committee is composed of the President-Elect and other appointed members or associate members. According to Section 2(d), the Secretary and other appointed members or associate members constitute the Publications Committee. Finally, according to Section 2(e), the Resolutions Committee is composed of the Secretary and other appointed members or associate members.
